Terms of Service
Last updated · 6 July 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Tradoing website, waitlist, and markets-research assistant (the “Service”), operated by Flaredog OÜ (“Tradoing”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
2 · Private beta
The Service is offered during a private beta. Access is rolled out in waves and may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Beta features are provided “as is” and may contain errors or change materially before general release.
3 · The Service
Tradoing is a research assistant that answers questions using figures drawn from named third-party data sources and computed in code. While we design the Service to source rather than invent figures, we do not warrant that any output, data, or third-party source is accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any purpose. Verify anything you rely on.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as permitted;
- misrepresent outputs as guaranteed, verified, or as investment advice; or
- violate the terms of any connected platform (e.g. Discord) or data provider.
5 · Third-party services
The Service runs on and relies on third parties, including Discord, cloud infrastructure, an AI model provider, and market, economic, and prediction-market data providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
6 · Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data and your own inputs), is owned by Tradoing and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Third-party data remains subject to the rights of its providers.
7 · Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of data or outputs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradoing and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
9 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradoing and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10 · Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Estonia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12 · Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
