This policy explains what information Tradoing collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the Tradoing website, waitlist, and the Tradoing markets-research assistant (together, the “Service”), operated by Flaredog OÜ (“Tradoing”, “we”, “us”).
1 · Information we collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist & access requests. When you sign up, we collect your email address, the email linked to your Discord account (if you request Discord access), any release interest you select (e.g. iOS, Slack), and which form you used.
- Support & correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
Information from your use of the assistant
- Queries and content. When you interact with the assistant in a chat app such as Discord, we process the questions you send and the identifiers your chat platform provides (for example, your Discord user and channel IDs) to generate and deliver responses.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data. Basic request information such as your browser user-agent and a timestamp, used to operate and secure the Service. The website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
2 · How we use information
- To provide the Service — grant access, send invites, and answer your questions.
- To notify you about releases you asked to hear about (e.g. iOS or Slack).
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
- To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3 · How the assistant handles market data
Tradoing draws the figures it cites from named third-party market, economic, and prediction-market sources and computes results in code rather than generating numbers. Your questions may be sent to those data providers and to the AI model provider that powers the assistant strictly to fulfil your request. We do not sell your personal information.
4 · Service providers we share with
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and database storage (Cloudflare D1).
- ZeptoMail (Zoho) — sending transactional and notification emails.
- Discord — where the assistant operates and where we deliver invites.
- Market, economic, and prediction-market data providers and the AI model provider used to produce responses.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, our users, or our rights.
5 · Data retention
We keep waitlist and account information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
6 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected] and we will respond in line with applicable law. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.
7 · Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8 · International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9 · Children
The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for, individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
