Product Designer
Shape the product experience across a growing portfolio.
About Tradoing
Tradoing is markets research that never makes up the numbers. Every figure traces to a real, checkable source; if a claim cannot be grounded, it is not shown. We are building the grounded research layer for analysts and investors, founder-led and early-stage.
The role
You own product design end to end: research, flows, UI, and the design system. You work directly with the founders and engineers to turn rough problems into interfaces people trust. Decisions here carry weight, this is a small team where design has a real seat at the table.
What you will do
- Design flows and interfaces for new features, from sketch to shipped UI.
- Own and grow a design system engineers can build from consistently.
- Run lightweight user research and turn findings into concrete changes.
- Work directly with founders and engineers through the full build cycle.
What you bring
- A portfolio showing shipped product design, not just concept work.
- Comfort with ambiguity: you can design from a rough problem statement.
- Working fluency in Figma and modern design-to-code handoff.
- Clear communication with engineers and founders.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for data-heavy or enterprise software.
- Basic front-end coding skills.
- Experience building or maintaining a design system.
What we offer
- Fully remote. Work from anywhere in your timezone.
- Real ownership of your area from day one.
- A small, senior team and direct founder access.
- Async-first, low-meeting culture.
