About Tradoing

Tradoing is markets research that never makes up the numbers. Every figure traces to a real, checkable source; if a claim cannot be grounded, it is not shown. We are building the grounded research layer for analysts and investors, founder-led and early-stage.

The role

You research companies, sectors, and markets and turn them into clear, cited analysis. Every number you publish is one you can defend, traced to a real, checkable source, with nothing invented in between.

What you will do

• Research equities, sectors, and markets and write cited analysis.
• Separate measured figures from estimates, and label which is which.
• Build and defend a citation trail for every published number.
• Work with engineering to sharpen how research is grounded and sourced.

What you bring

• 2+ years in equity or market research, or a strong analytical track record.
• Fluency reading filings, disclosures, and primary sources.
• Rigor: you never publish a number you cannot trace.
• Clear writing for a professional finance audience.

Nice to have

• CFA progress, or a finance or economics background.
• Experience with financial data tools or terminals.
• Coverage of Asian markets.
