The role
You own growth channels end to end: campaigns, SEO, paid where it makes sense, and the metrics behind them. You turn a small budget into a real pipeline of qualified leads. You report to the Growth Lead and work closely with content and sales.
What you will do
- Plan and run growth campaigns across channels that fit an early-stage budget.
- Own core growth metrics and report on what is working and what is not.
- Improve conversion across the funnel, from first visit to qualified lead.
- Work with content and sales to align messaging with what converts.
What you bring
- 2+ years in growth or digital marketing, ideally B2B or SaaS.
- Comfort with analytics tools and reading a funnel honestly.
- A bias toward testing and measuring over guessing.
- Clear written communication for reporting and planning.
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO or content-led growth.
- Experience with paid channels such as LinkedIn or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with B2B software or fintech marketing.
