About Tradoing

Tradoing is markets research that never makes up the numbers. Every figure traces to a real, checkable source; if a claim cannot be grounded, it is not shown. We are building the grounded research layer for analysts and investors, founder-led and early-stage.

The role

You build the React frontend our customers and internal teams use every day. You care about performance, accessibility, and the small details that make software feel solid. You work closely with design and backend engineers in a small, senior team.

What you will do

• Build and maintain React interfaces across our products.
• Turn design files into responsive, accessible, production-ready UI.
• Own frontend performance: load times, rendering, and state management.
• Review pull requests and help set frontend standards.

What you bring

• Strong TypeScript and React experience in production.
• An eye for detail: spacing, states, empty states, and edge cases.
• Comfort working directly with designers and backend engineers.
• Clear written communication in code review and design docs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tailwind, shadcn, or component design systems.
• Exposure to data-heavy or dashboard-style interfaces.
• Open-source contributions we can look at.
